You just tell us what your budget is and we will help you find the balance to complete your project within it.  A lower budget just means that you’ll have to put in a bit more “sweat equity”.  If you’re nervous about taking on some of the work yourself, don’t worry!  We will give you the confidence to tackle large projects with ease.

 

First we’ll sit down for a no obligation consult, we might even take some measurements, etc. at that time if necessary.  We will discuss each aspect of the project with you and break it down into sections.  Don’t want to do anything yourself?  Great.  We will do the leg work for you and come back with multiple quotes for all pieces of the project from local contractors that we trust and work with regularly.  We will handle as much or as little of the project for you as you want us to.  From an occasional check in to see how a diy project is going, to waiting around the day of your appliance delivery so that you don’t have to we have your needs covered.

 

If you do want to tackle some of the simpler parts of the project yourself (there’s that sweat equity!) we will coach you through anything that you need help with.  If you have a cousin’s boyfriend’s next door neighbour’s uncle that can help with something, that’s fine too!  There is no pressure to use our services for everything.

 

Together we will find the balance between what we help you with, what you’re doing yourself, and what is being done by a professional.  We will coach you through anything that you want help with, and make sure that you’re comfortable before we leave you to it.  An hour-long lesson on hanging drywall could save you a lot of money in the long run if you're handy and want to try to do it yourself.
